It has been another busy week. John went to Denver for job training and had a great time & learned lots. At the same time, Brooke & I went to California to visit my sister, Suzie, and her family, Uncle Ramon & Cousin Dexter. Brooke & Dexter had never met, so it was great to see them play together. We had a wonderful time in California and loved just hanging with the kiddos.

We took a beautiful walk/ hike just a few blocks from Suzie's house where the view of the city & bay are spectacular.

On Thursday afternoon we went to the Oakland Zoo. It was so much fun and we got to see lots of cool animals. Suzie & Dex at the zoo riding the carousel.

We got to see Katie's cousin & "cous-bin" Shannon & Jeremy! My cousin Ben also stopped by but we didn't get any photos with him.... sorry Ben. It was great to see you guys!

Aunt Libby came home for a quick visit before we went to California and we both decided to cut our hair and donate it to Locks of Love. Here are mine and Libby's before & after photos.
